At Optimal U, sustainable health improvements require time and commitment. We require a minimum one-year membership commitment to ensure you receive the full benefit of our programs.
Cancellation Terms
One-Year Minimum Commitment
Your membership covers comprehensive services designed to support your wellness journey. Early cancellations are subject to a penalty fee equal to the remaining balance of your annual membership.
Payment Plans
For members on monthly payment plans, the penalty fee will reflect the remaining unpaid amount for the first year of membership.
Appointment Cancellations
We request 48 hours’notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a review of your membership status.
Membership Transfers/Holds
Memberships are non-transferable. In unforeseen circumstances, requests to place your membership on hold will be considered individually.
All pre-registration deposits are fully refundable up until the official opening day of the clinic. The opening date will be announced in the future.
