Erik Simins founded his first company, MAGNUS HRS, in 2011. Today MAGNUS is one of Canada’s largest medical staffing businesses serving hospitals and long-term care facilities coast to coast with a nurse roster of more than 3,000 practitioners. In 2017, Simins identified major gaps within the employment market, and founded WORKWOLF®, a globally awarded HR technology platform which optimizes talent acquisition using advanced predictive analytics and process automation.
