During the pre-registration phase, Optimal U requires a $500 deposit to secure your membership. This deposit is securely held in trust and is fully refundable until a final decision has been made to construct the clinic. You will receive 30 days prior notice to confirm your membership at which time your deposit will become non-refundable. Member fees will only due when the clinic opens and becomes operational.

• Scope of Services: Optimal U provides Lifestyle Medicine services, which complement but do not replace traditional medical care. Members are encouraged to maintain relationships with their primary care providers.
• Appointment Policies: Members must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows may impact membership benefits.
• Digital Platform Access: Members gain access to our digital platform, subject to usage terms. Sharing login credentials or misuse of the platform may result in account suspension.

• Optimal U’s services are provided as part of a holistic health approach. Outcomes may vary, and we do not guarantee specific results.
• Members are responsible for following medical advice and lifestyle recommendations provided by our physicians.
